Cited for three consecutive years as one of America's Top 100 Hospitals. Cape Cod Hospital is a 218-bed community hospital serving residents of and visitors to Cape Cod, particularly those living and visiting the towns surrounding Hyannis and as far east as Provincetown.
Recognized for superb patient satisfaction, Falmouth Hospital is an 83 bed facility located on a beautiful hilltop campus which it shares with the JML Care Center, Heritage at Falmouth, the VNA of Cape Cod and a physician office complex.
The 30,000 sq. ft. Constance B. Faxon Center gives residents of Falmouth, Sandwich, Bourne and Mashpee easy access to state-of-the-art facilities for outpatient diagnostic testing, surgical procedures and maternity services.
The VNA is a comprehensive community health agency providing more than 370,000 annual home health care visits. The VNA plays a vital role in providing compassionate care for families living with illness.
Cape Cod Healthcare provides a wide range of health care options for older adults throughout Cape Cod. Cape Cod Healthcare's Senior Services are comprised of three affiliates. The two skilled nursing and rehab facilities are Cape Cod Hospital Extended Care Community, The Pavilion and JML Care Center. The third affiliate is an assisted living facility, Heritage At Falmouth.
