MatTek Corporation is a world leader in the emerging field of bio-engineered human tissue constructs. MatTek produces skin, corneal, bronchial and other human cell-derived organotypic tissues for use by international cosmetic, personal care, household product, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as by academic researchers. MatTek's 3D tissue models enable genomic, proteomic, and drug delivery/discovery research not possible with traditional animal, monolayer cell culture or clinical test procedures.
