Founded in June of 2000, VisEn's core technology platforms were originally developed at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Since then, VisEn has aggressively continued to form key industry alliances and also deepen and broaden its technology base and intellectual property platforms both internally and through additional corporate and academic licensing programs. Today, VisEn continues to dedicate its most aggressive efforts to two areas: First, developing and protecting leading technologies in molecular imaging, and second, launching key molecular imaging products with maximum market potential. Simply stated, VisEn's goal is to maintain and expand its leading position in the technology and the business of molecular imaging.
