- To effectively integrate development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs and create a center of excellence for recombinant, protein-based development and manufacturing
- To focus on biopharmaceutical activities such as integrated planning and decision-making, yield management, product innovation, and speed to market
- To utilize process development in a pivotal role in supply management in order to increase productivity
